These are mini-drink cup holders a/k/a K-Cup Caddy designed by Erica Cerwin @ Pink Buckaroo Designs. She has the PDF on her blog Stay Warm K Cup Caddy Instead of using K-Cups I found these Sip Sips Cups to put inside. The holders make adorable little gifts for any occasion. Mine are for teen girls for Christmas. Finished holder measures 4 x 4 x 2 inches.
