Here are some Grinch Treat Boxes I made. The box/bag measures 4 x 4.5 inches and is 2 inches wide, simple open-top box construction. I added a handle to the top with brads. The Grinch face was a free PNG file and the Santa hat was a free cut in Cricut Design Space. The "Merry Grinchmas" is a free font from Dafont.com. I'm going to add some Grinch like treats to finish them off!
