This card was made with Birthday Bash DSP from Stampin'Up #137783 and balloons diecuts. Cat was made from various circle and oval punches. I made a matching pocket envelope from the pattern of another envelope I took apart and traced, then cut the top with pinking shears. I am planning to put a gift card in the pocket and enclose the pocket with the card. This was a really fun card to make! Products used:
